TONIC HERB + SUPERFOOD JAM
I love homemade gifts. They are just so loving + special. This is what I will be making the loves in my life, pouring into mason jars and wrapping with a gold ribbon. A perfect pairing to my absolute favorite gluten + grain free nutty toast by My New Roots' Life Changing Bread, which if you haven't tried, is a must! When topped with a heavy handed serving of nourishing grass-fed butter and some of this super healing jam it makes for an ideal snack for those mornings or evening when nothing but comfort food will do.
PROCESS | BLEND THE FOLLOWING...
- 12oz Aloe Vera - I love George's
- 1C Blueberries (or berry of choice)
- 1 Date
- 2T Acai Powder
-1T Gelatin (skip this if vegan)
- 1t Macuna Pruriens
- pinch Cinnamon
- Stevia to taste
- pinch pink salt
Pour into glass container and stir in 5T Chia Seeds | Let chill for at least an hour | Slather on toast or top your morning oatmeal.
