MINT MATCHA HERBAL CHIA PUDDING
- 1 cup Nut Mylk (I like to make my own with Dragon Herb’s Gynostemma Tea as the liquid base.)
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Matcha Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Sun Potion Moringa
- 1/2 tsp. Sun Potion Ashitaba
- 3 TB Chia Seeds
- 8-9 Mint Leaves
- Sweeten to taste with Omica stevia (I used about 7 drops.)
- Dust with Cacao Nibs
A few of my favorite extra add-ins: Ambaya Gold Super-Conductive Ionic Minerals, Pasture Raised Collagen, or Colostrum
Blend all ingredients except Cacao Nibs in blender. Serve and sprinkle on the chocolatey goodness. (Or, you could blend them all in there as well!) And, enjoy!
