MEDITATION FOR EASING PAIN

Pain has been a daily, hourly battle while healing from Late Stage Lyme Disease.  It has been one of the biggest challenges of this disease and my entire healing journey.  So I’ve turned to this daily meditation as a part of my daily practice.  And find it so helpful and it is incredibly effective at neutralizing the sharp stabbing sensations, along with the dull aches that I tend to feel throughout my body all the time.  I highly encourage you to give it a try.
